Sweeprelay · Support for cleaning teams

Clear answers for thoughtful follow-up.

How setup, message approval, opt-outs and booking decisions work for Sweeprelay’s managed follow-up service.

How does setup work?

We learn how your team receives quote requests, which details it needs, and when a person should take over. Sweeprelay then sets up and maintains the follow-up around your workflow, so there is no software for your team to buy or run.

Can our team review and approve the messages?

Yes. Your cleaning team reviews and approves the messages used for follow-up. Your team sets the tone and boundaries for those messages and remains responsible for the service decisions they describe.

Can Sweeprelay send messages through our existing channels?

Sending messages through an external messaging channel requires that channel’s messaging integration. An integration is a prerequisite for external sending; do not assume one is already connected for every team.

How are opt-outs handled?

People can ask not to receive more follow-up, and the process respects that choice. Opt-outs are part of the service boundaries, not a reason to continue the conversation.

Who controls prices, availability and booking confirmation?

Your cleaning team retains control of its prices and availability. Sweeprelay can help collect details during follow-up, but your team reviews the request, gives the quote, checks its schedule and confirms whether to book the job.

Does Sweeprelay guarantee a booking?

No. Sweeprelay supports follow-up but does not guarantee bookings. Your team decides whether a job is a fit and confirms each booking.

Are monthly reports available?

Monthly reports are not currently available.
